All order cancellations must be made in writing (via email) to Barcham Trees at least 48 hours prior to the agreed delivery date (if one has been determined). Following delivery, trees will not be refunded due to over-ordering.
Cooling Off period
Following placing your order you have a 7 working day window in which to cancel your order without incurring any charges. As our trees are individually selected by trained arborists, all cancellations not received within 7 working days of placing the order will be subject to an administration fee of 33% of the order value.

Once an order has been placed online, you will receive notification from Barcham Trees that your order has been received and processed. For tree orders of ten trees or more, you should allow 5-10 working days from the date of order for delivery. For orders of less than 10 trees, 15 working days should be allowed for delivery. This is an approximation of a realistic lead time, yet we will of course endeavor to deliver your order to you as soon as is possible and convenient to you.
Day of Delivery
For “Instant” sized tree orders, we strongly recommend that suitable machinery and professional grounds people are lined up for installation and to aid delivery of your tree(s). The trees will be delivered on either a trailer or small lorry, with the use of articulated Lorries where the order requires and/or access allows. The delivery lorries do not in ordinary circumstances have any lifting equipment as standard. Delivery of the trees is to kerbside, front garden or to the nearest point where access allows only, except for “Instant” sized tree orders in which machinery will be required at the point of delivery to facilitate movement from the lorry to the planting position, drivers are unable to unload Instant trees on their own. Drivers are unable to move trees once onsite.
Other Delivery Information
Following notification from Barcham Online that your order has been processed, we will contact you to liaise regarding a suitable delivery date. Deliveries are undertaken from Monday to Friday only, with the exception of Bank Holidays.
Whilst every effort is made to keep our nursery stock healthy, our liability for plants supplied is limited to the replacement of those plants or a refund of the price paid. No Warranty expressed or implied is given as to the growth or suitability of those plants to their ultimate location.
If you are not completely satisfied, Barcham Trees must be notified in writing (via email) within 3 days of receipt of the trees. Failure to do so will deem those goods as being accepted.
Such is our confidence in the trees that we supply that we will guarantee all our trees for 12 months from the point of delivery, providing that the Barcham Trees planting guidance and watering recommendations are adhered to. If you are unhappy with your tree(s) during the 12 months following receipt, please notify Barcham Trees of the problem in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavor to replace or refund you to the value of the tree(s) purchased previously. No responsibility is accepted for replacments, as so much depends on the planting, soil and weather conditions. Barcham Trees plc takes no responsibility for the cost of replanting failed trees.
All refunds made will be credited to the credit or debit card from which the original purchase was made. No cash refunds will be made at any time.
Our guarantee on trees is subject to drought, flooding, vandalism and poor practice.
